Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying knowledge of security program interrelationships to coordinate multiple specialized security programs. Experience applying knowledge of security program interrelationships to coordinate multiple specialized security programs. Experience applying Mastery knowledge of basic rules, regulations, practices, etc., associated with all aspects of communications material security as outlined in numerous classified publications. Experience applying Expert knowledge of state-of-the-art communications security equipment including cryptographic devices, computer security software, and modern cryptographic algorithms to support the modernization of the COMSEC equipment. Experience applying Mastery knowledge and skills in applying security policy directions to specific operating requirements across multiple organizational levels. Experience and working knowledge of communications terminology and message drafting procedures as it applies to COMSEC Material System (CMS) and Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) duties. Experience, knowledge and skill in Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and must meet the requirements of a KMI Inspector.
