Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Mobile Equipment Operator Supervisor ~ without more than normal supervision. Performing common Mobile Equipment Operator Supervisor duties to perform heavy and light equipment repair. Administers machine shop tools and welding equipment to accomplish machine work necessary to complete repairs. I can replace generators, water pumps, hoses, belts, switches, and light bulbs. I am skilled in conducting the repair of different types of heavy and light equipment (e.g., bulldozer, front-end loader, crane, grader) to I can perform carpentry work through the use of hand and power tools typical of the carpentry trade. I can plan and layout out work in accordance with drawings, sketches, and blueprints for construction or repairs. - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Physical Efforts: The operation, repair, maintenance and supervision of heavy and light equipment.
