Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must possess at least one year of work experience directing/managing one or more MWR Business Operations activities as listed above, or similar civilian operation. Experience must show the full range of managerial and supervisory duties. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience. Possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience in business and revenue-generating operations. Possess experience supervising more than seven (7) employees. In order to be considered for the highly preferred criteria, your resume must show that you meet BOTH the minimum qualifications, and ALL of the high preferred criteria.
