Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in automotive operations. Experience supervising more than 7 employees. Excellent customer service skills, including resolving customer complaints. Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills, including the ability to quickly address operational issues or staff challenges. Financial and accounting skills, including understanding financial principles, cash handling, daily reconciliation, and monitoring revenue, expenses, and profitability.
