Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to learn guidelines, rules regulations, procedures and legal authorities to exercise prescribed limitations on the use of force and detention. Plan, manage, direct, evaluate, and effect operations of police support services to include police records, administration, supply, crime prevention, physical security, statistical reporting and analysis, and purchasing. Use of a variety of sophisticated police equipment and weapons. Ability to learn federal and state vehicle and crime information automated systems. Possess excellent communication skills orally and in writing.
