Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Example of assisting with wildland fire management, suppression, and control in order to minimize loss of natural resources, property or life by performing engine operation duties (e.g. start pump engines, prime pumps, adjust engine speed and pump valves, lay hoses, etc.), operating and maintaining equipment used to respond to wildland fires, and assist with implementing prescribed burning programs.
