Working knowledge of word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and graphics tools. 3. Experience performing clerical and administrative functions such as typing, filing, recordkeeping, scheduling, and document preparation. 4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
