Experience analyzing military human resources programs and related personnel actions in joint, multi-service, or interagency environments to identify operational issues and recommend corrective actions in support of organizational mission requirements. AND 2. Experience providing advisory services and technical guidance to management officials on military human resources regulations, policies, and procedures involving military personnel programs and mission-support operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GG/GS-11).
