REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Candidates must possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible experience within the NCAA in athletics administration, intercollegiate athletics, sports management, higher education athletics administration, physical education administration, recreation or sport program administration, public administration, business administration, organizational leadership, or a closely related field. The required experience must demonstrate the knowledge, leadership, and administrative expertise necessary to effectively perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in athletics administration, sports management, higher education administration, business administration, organizational leadership, or a closely related field. At least ten (10) years of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience, including demonstrated success leading diverse teams, managing personnel, developing staff, and overseeing complex organizational operations within an NCAA athletics, higher education, or similarly complex environment.
