You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience for the GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following: - Implemented processes supporting agency-wide compliance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act programs; AND - Conducted cradle-to-grave reviews of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act requests; AND - Serving as an advisor and technical expert on Federal disclosure requirements. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
