The role We’re hiring an Outreach Manager to own and scale our link building + brand mentions engine. This is not a basic VA outreach role. We’re looking for someone proactive, commercial, organized, and sharp — someone who understands that every quality placement, relationship, backlink, and mention can directly impact rankings, traffic, pipeline, and AI visibility. You’ll work closely with our founder Irina and SEO/GEO Manager Cindy to help grow authority for our clients. <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Run cold outreach campaigns to secure backlinks, guest posts, brand mentions, listicle placements, and strategic partnerships</li> <li>Build and manage long-term relationships with editors, publishers, and website owners in the SaaS space</li> <li>Execute link building campaigns for clients based on monthly priorities and KPIs</li> <li>Manage the full guest post process from prospecting to publication</li> <li>Keep outreach pipelines, trackers, and reporting organized and up to date</li> <li>Improve and automate workflows to increase efficiency and results</li> <li>Take ownership of the process and consistently push campaigns forward</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Experience in cold outreach, link building, or partnerships</li> <li>SaaS or B2B experience preferred</li> <li>Strong written English and communication skills</li> <li>Organized, proactive, and reliable with follow-ups</li> <li>Able to work independently and own results</li> <li>3+ hours overlap with European time zones</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Fully remote role</li> <li>Flexible schedule, results matter more than hours</li> <li>Unlimited time off</li> <li>Small but very productive team where your work truly matters</li> <li>Learn advanced SEO, GEO, AI search, growth systems, and automations</li> <li>Opportunity to grow into a bigger role</li> </ul> This role can become much more than outreach if you’re ambitious.
