Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing and executing comprehensive strategic plans, corporate policies, and streamlined business operations to align with organizational goals. Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on critical human capital strategies, including workforce management, talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and organizational development. Experience directing enterprise-wide learning and development programs, encompassing mandatory compliance training, professional development initiatives, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Experience evaluating program effectiveness and championing continuous business process improvements to optimize operational workflows. Experience spearheading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive organizational alignment. Experience authoring executive-level briefings, reports, and data-driven recommendations for senior executives and representing the organization in high-level working groups and committee meetings. Experience coordinating large-scale strategic initiatives that measurably improve operational efficiency, workforce readiness, and overall mission accomplishment.
