To qualify for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirement below. To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience related to the duties of the position comparable in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 grade level. Specialized experience is defined as having supervisory or advisory experience in two or more of the following areas: Payroll, Award Compensation, Leave Administration, Federal Employee Benefits, and Retirements. NOTE: Your resume must clearly show the specialized experience related to this position. Failure to demonstrate how you possess the experience requirements will result in an "Ineligible" rating.
