To qualify for the position of Litigation Operations Specialist, at GS-0901-12you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. To qualify for the GS-12 Litigation Operations Specialist, you must demonstrate that you have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 in the federal service performing such duties as facilities management to include coordinating purchase of office supplies and equipment, furniture coordination, and tracking and reporting office space usage; liaising with the Division's Office of Human Resources; carrying out timekeeping responsibilities; assisting Trial Attorneys in conducting pre-trial work; preparing and organizing evidence for production in discovery and for use in trial; ability to track filing and production deadlines, prepare pleadings for filing; reviewing documents and other material for use in preparing discovery requests; drafting a variety of legal documents for trial and track filing and production deadlines.
