To qualify for the position of Human Resources Specialist (Executive Resources), at GS-0201-14, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. GS14 Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent pay band. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Providing advisory services to senior executives and/or agency leadership on Human Resources Executive Resources programs, including performance management, position management, classification, staffing, and/or executive pay; 2) Managing or supporting Senior Executive Service and/or senior-level leadership on Human Resources processes, including performance management systems (e.g., performance plans, appraisal documentation, PRB coordination), position allocation, position management activities, and/or executive staffing actions; AND 3) Interpreting and/or applying laws, regulations, and/or guidance governing Executive Resources programs, including Senior Executive Service performance management, executive pay, and/or position management/classification.
