To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the Individual Occupational Requirement (IOR) and the specialized experience requirements. Individual Occupational Requirement (IOR): Experience that demonstrated a knowledge of the transportation function(s) of the position to be filled. In addition to meeting the IOR requirement for this position, to qualify for the Grade 15, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-14, it must include: Experience identifying gaps and opportunities in technology, tools, information to review, assess, and validate the safety of highly automated systems across all modes of transportation. Experience in Aviation and Uncrewed Areial Systems. Systems Integration - Knowledge of the principles, methods, and procedures for installing, integrating, and optimizing information systems components. Oral Communication (*) - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
