WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications GS-11: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Managing administrative operations, including budget, procurement, and internal controls, to ensure accountability and compliance; Overseeing case management systems to track workload, ensure data accuracy, and maintain timeliness; Managing procurement, and/or contracts, and/or purchase card programs to support operations and ensure compliance; and Providing HR support, conducting program analysis, and overseeing records management to improve efficiency and compliance. -OR- Have successful completion of at least three (3) years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. Minimum Qualifications GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Directing budget planning or execution and compliance while advising leadership on funding needs and reallocations; Managing workload tracking systems and/or reporting to inform leadership on productivity and resource allocation; Leading procurement, and/or contracts, and/or facilities operations to ensure compliant and continuous administrative support; and Providing HR operations support through onboarding and/or workforce planning, while consulting on policy development and organizational needs.
