Specifically, applicants should: Analyze and document the technical requirements needed to modernize the U.S. Army's ammunition database. Improve the web-enabled interface to enhance usability for munitions managers and senior leaders. Determine essential database functions to ensure seamless management of ammunition, from requirements creation to expenditure reporting. Identify, define, and prioritize requirements on the U.S. Army's next generation ammunition database: Total Army Combat and Training Munitions Information System (TACTMIS). Advise on the development of TACTMIS plans, criteria, and project specifications.
