Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05/10) or pay band (NO-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties: 1) Formulating, presenting, and executing multi-million dollar direct and indirect budgets within a Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) revolving fund environment; 2) Developing and analyzing complex financial statements and management reports to advise executive leadership on resource requirements, including space allocations and infrastructure needs; 3) Acting as the primary operational liaison with external support divisions to streamline cross-functional workflows and institutional processes; 4) Directing division-level comprehensive human resources programs, leading a diverse staff across procurement, budget, personnel, and clerical fields; and 5) Developing organizational plans and determining procurement resource requirements to support evolving projects and division workloads.
