In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Analyzing, evaluating and gathering data, planning, and organization; Conveying written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner and can clearly and effectively articulate to all levels of government and industry; Developing and presenting findings, reports or recommendations to analysts, employees, and managers inside or outside of the organization, agency heads or other high-ranking officials; Interacting with a wide variety of personnel and demonstrating business acumen for quick and accurate judgment.
