TQ2. Proven ability to coordinate and lead diverse technical teams while building and leveraging strategic partnerships across the naval enterprise. This includes fostering collaborative relationships with Navy SYSCOMs, Warfare Centers, Office of Naval Research (ONR), Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), naval shipyards, the Fleet, industry partners, and academia to advance RDT&E practices and USW technology insertion.
