Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-03 (GS-9/11 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as an engineer providing government oversight of a complex facilities maintenance program using their knowledge of electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil repair standards, while successfully managing multiple tasks, building collaborative relationships, and communicating effectively across Navy, industry, and NUWCDIVNPT levels.
