Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting a wide range of supervisory functions to include being actively involved with all Navy EEO, affirmative action and OSH programs; Planning work schedules and meeting completion dates in accordance to priorities set by the work induction board ; Using Maximo and other computer systems to track various performance metrics ; Ensuring all applicable business management practices, procedures, policies and other directives are followed when affecting subordinate employees ; Applying comprehensive knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance requirements to support a facilities program; and Conducting Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) budget formulation and execution management.
