In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provides consulting and advisory services within the Environmental Core, BRAC, and other business lines on laws, regulations, and policies affecting environmental restoration sites; 2) Develops funding and acquisition strategies, budgetary estimates and statements of work, and negotiates various contracts in order to execute environmental restoration projects; and 3) Functions as the Contracting Officer's Representative to provides environmental program oversight and support for restoration projects.
