Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing completed work for conformation to policies, procedures, and regulations; 2) Assisting program managers and staff officials in interpreting the impact of and planning for financial/budgetary and program changes; 3) Executing modifications to systems, programs, and/or operations and establishing criteria and other means to asses, investigate, or analyze a variety of unusual problems and conditions; 4) Tracking budget execution by pulling reports from automated systems such as Navy ERP and COGNOS; and 5) Using financial accounting systems (i.e. Navy ERP, WAWF, etc.), standard accounting & budgetary codes, classifications, and terminology to promptly process financial transactions in the official system of record.
