Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilize curriculum development and software; 2) Develop statements of work to support curriculum development efforts; 3) Review and evaluate technology for application in technical training system/environment; and 4) Evaluate Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) curricula analysis documentation for alignment with sound Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles and policies.
