In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09-12) or pay band (NM-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Supervisory Interdisciplinary Engineer/Scientist. Specialized experiences must include duties related to the following: (1) Utilizing Integrated Warfare and Electronic Warfare principles that include communication buses, advanced mission computer, or jammer pods in addition to electronic attack, and electronic surveillance; (2) Providing overall direction, coordination, and management of a team; (3) Planning, execution, and reporting of Test and Evaluation activities, forums and working groups; (4) Developing and mentoring and training employees; and (5) Leading a team in the execution of organizational responsibilities.
