Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1). Must have senior level experience serving as a primary technical authority for large-scale industrial equipment projects; 2) Interpret complex technical drawings and apply state and federal regulations and design standards to ensure equipment installations and facilities modifications do not disrupt operations and comply with all local and federal codes; 3) Experience in managing the full project lifecycle, including overseeing budgets, supervising professional staff, understanding technical specification drawings, creating installation plans, scheduling and directing federal employees and contracted activities; 4) Must have strong communication skills in briefing senior leadership.
