Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12/13) or pay band (DA-05) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes the following: 1) Demonstrated mastery of project and program management concepts, principles, and practices, including expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, and applying applicable methodologies; 2) Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, including developing long-term goals, managing risks, and overseeing project budgets and financial reporting; 3) Utilizing knowledge of acquisition processes, including pre-award planning and post-award management; 4) Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of energetics technologies, and their applications in defense systems.
