Your resume must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1. Working knowledge of aircraft, engines, and components and the production methods and procedures, machines, and material involved in the overhaul and repair of modern weapon systems. 2. Coordinating efforts to keep the cost of labor and materials at a minimum while producing a high quality and highly reliable product. 3. Investigating, analyzing, planning, and implementing corrective action as well as establish effective cost controls for conventional production problems 4. Reviewing the production process as it relates to Production Control, collects data, evaluating established trends, and making recommendations for procedure changes or modifications as required. 5. Administering on-the-job training to new employees and mentors lower graded PCs.
