Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-04 (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Serving as a technical leader and participating in a wide variety of advanced projects, which span the requirements of numerous cryogenic systems and sub-systems associated with Navy and Marine Corps fixed and rotary wing aircraft and equipment; 2) Designing, developing, troubleshooting, and analyzing cryogenic systems, including liquid and gaseous oxygen and nitrogen servicing equipment, boiler pressure vessels, bulk storage systems, and oxygen and nitrogen generators; 3) Planning, designing, and executing programs, projects, and studies independently in response to operational needs; 4) Supporting the Aviators Breathing Oxygen (ABO) program across services, ensuring compliance with stringent safety and performance standards while addressing cross-service requirements; 5) Resolving significant or controversial issues, coordinating and leading system engineering events, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders; 6) Mentoring and guiding engineers on design, development, fielding, and sustainment processes to lead projects and foster professional growth within the team.
