IDEAL CANDIDATE STATEMENT The ideal candidate for the Supervisory Program Analyst (NxGen) (Electronic Case Management Supervisor) position communicates clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing to coworkers, users, and management. They deliver training on case-management policies, procedures, and techniques, and may serve as an NxGen trainer to build user capability and promote consistent system use. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 grade level, which has provided them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of a Supervisory Program Analyst (NxGen) (Electronic Case Management Supervisor) at the GS-12 grade level. Specialized experience includes: Experience preparing oral and written presentations for coworkers and users, and consulting with management on NxGen reporting and recommendations; and Experience providing training to staff on case flow policies, procedures, and techniques, including supporting or serving as an NxGen trainer; and Experience performing data analysis using NxGen, including compiling and interpreting data requirements consistent with Agency policies and procedures.
