Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting managing property accountability by updating inventory databases, tracking accountable assets, and resolving routine discrepancies; Coordinating meeting logistics, including scheduling, room setup, and arranging audio visual support with staff or contractors; and Assisting with procurement or contract support by preparing requests, maintaining files, tracking deliverables, and supporting invoice review.
