Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting the supervisor in directing work in the department; utilizing Patient Appointment and Scheduling module in a healthcare setting; and providing clerical and administrative duties using automated healthcare systems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
