Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Experience applying advanced engineering principles and practices of naval architecture, marine engineering, electrical engineering and maintenance management to ship design, system engineering operations, maintenance, marine casualties, RCAs, investigations, and engineering management of a diverse fleet of ships. 2. Experience managing complex technical programs including acquiring and administering resources, integrating internal and external program/policy issues, and evaluating effectiveness. 3. Experience leading people to accomplish highly technical engineering programs and projects.
