GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting high-level budget planning restructuring complex accounts and advising senior elements on resource distribution strategies. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Proficiency with federal financial tracking structures and security cooperation data architectures (e.g., OHASIS, GFEBS, or equivalent); 2) Establishes and maintains records and log sheets for each funding document issued using APRI funds; 3) Coordinates, plans, develops and evaluates APRI activities for USINDOPACOM and subordinate commands; and 4) Identifies problems and makes recommendations to resolve shortfalls and expedites funds transfer in support of APRI activities.
