Minimum Experience and/or Education Requirements: 4 years of experience working in the federal retirement arena and significant experience working with FERCCA and complex retirement cases required. Proficient in Outlook products/ have experience with HRIS applications for generating retirement estimates. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field SHRM, APA or OPM certification/accreditations. **Continued employment is contingent upon satisfactorily completing a criminal history records check (or other applicable security clearance) and a pre-employment drug-test (pre-identified position only).
