To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Recommending, developing, and implementing new financial policies based on quality assurance reviews of financial reporting and management policies. Interpreting and explaining financial legislations and procedures to stakeholders by converting complex data analyses into clear decision-support materials. Administering Inter/Intra-Agency Agreements to include facilitating legal coordination. Formulating and overseeing financial execution including obligations, expenditures, and reimbursements to ensure funds are used according to approved plans and regulatory requirements.
