You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Leading, supervising, or mentoring staff performing management analysis, program evaluation, or organizational improvement initiatives; AND - Developing, implementing, and evaluating policies, procedures, and operational processes to improve organizational effectiveness; AND - Managing cross-functional projects or enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders; AND - Advising senior leadership on program performance, resource management, workforce planning, and organizational risk; AND - Monitoring program objectives, performance metrics, and compliance with federal regulations and organizational requirements. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
