In order to qualify for the Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement) position which falls under the 0201 occupational Series, you must meet the following requirements by 11:59 pm EST on 06/17/2026: Minimum Qualification Requirements: You must have three years of experience researching and applying guidelines to staffing and recruitment activities; participating in the creation of vacancy announcements; reviewing applications to determine qualifications; participating in the new employee onboard process. OR Have a Master's or equivalent graduate degree, that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position. OR Have two years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position. OR Have a LL.B. or J. D. if related, that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position. OR Have a combination of graduate level education in excess of one year of full-time graduate-level study creditable at the school I attended, and specialized experience as described above, that would equal 100% of the required experience/education combination for this position.
