Candidates must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the (FV-K or FG15) level that is typically in or related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience includes: Experience as a second level or higher manager overseeing and evaluating the work of operational Air Traffic Services or Technical Operations personnel. Familiarity with FAA Safety Management System, ATO Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Event Reporting Processes.
