To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-K, FG/GS-15 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: Experience in the development and execution of the overall strategic vision of an organization. Experience working across multiple organizational elements to achieve high level agency objectives. Experience establishing, coordinating, and implementing programs or processes pertaining to complex support functions, such as: financial management, workforce and human capital management, strategic business planning, technical and foundational training, and/or information technology.
