To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience performing assessments of supply operations programs, information technology and related systems. Additionally, this experience must include: ● Analyzing supply systemic programs (e.g. assessing programs performance, hardware or software components, automated systems used within and/or among its customer agencies) to improve supply business practices; ● Evaluating supply systems programs to identify areas for improvement (e.g. cost savings and improved systems efficiencies); ● Compiling reports to evaluate the effectiveness of program goals; and ● Communicating with customers (e.g. participating in customer surveys and/or training sessions) to resolve supply problems.
