To be qualified at the GS-13 grade level, you must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in federal service analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness and accuracy of financial management processes, systems, and operations in meeting established goals and objectives; providing recommendations and alternative approaches to improve program plans, budget proposals, costs of operations, and program accomplishments; and providing technical guidance, advice, and assistance to employees.
