GS-12: To be eligible at the GS-12 level, you must meet one full year of specialized experience as defined below. Specialized Experience is defined as: analyzing Indigenous-related programs and activities, audiences, and priorities, identifying the informational and resource needs of governmental and non-governmental related federal, Tribal, state, and local organizations; developing and disseminating relevant information through appropriate media, and ensuring Indigenous-related prevention, investigation, and prosecution activities are promoted through a comprehensive program; Promote communication, coordination, and collaboration among federal, Tribal, state, and local partners to prevent and resolve Indigenous-related cases and issues; coordinating, facilitating, advising, and participating in the design, development, and operation of Indigenous-related program(s); Provide issue analysis, recommendations, and advice to leadership on Missing or Murdered Indigenous Persons issues. Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
