To qualify for the GS-15 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-14 level defined as evaluating and/ or developing chemical policies, programs, and practices to achieve environmental goals and outcomes; providing guidance and/or recommendations to internal and/or external customers regarding chemical substances.
