We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Search team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core platform and product offerings, focusing on everything that happens before a booking is made. You’ll ensure that our partners have access to best-in-class products while driving the performance, speed, and reliability of our platform, particularly in the search API and booking management areas. As a Product Manager, you’ll work on key elements of the platform that drive the carrier's efficiency and revenue.
What you will do:
Develop clear solutions for carriers/retailers that align with the company’s purpose and mission, ensuring long-term success and growth of the platform.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goals, particularly enhancing the pre-booking experience and ensuring search results are as fast, full, and complete as possible.
Define and prioritise feature proposals aimed at optimising the user journey, from date selection to filtering results, ensuring users find the "just right" trip.
Work closely with Engineering, QA and other stakeholders to ensure seamless feature delivery, from ideation through to execution.
Prepare detailed use cases and collaborate with teams to align on technical solutions and achieve critical objectives on time.
Take full ownership of feature delivery, from concept to fully outlined specification, ensuring the final product meets business needs and exceeds user expectations.
Monitor platform performance and propose continuous improvements to meet business goals and user expectations.

We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.
We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
Who you are:
Background in the role of a Product Manager in information feeding systems, high-load systems, and B2B product management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybernetics, Engineering, etc. or equivalent experience
User-Driven Mindset: You can translate metrics, user behaviour, and needs into business values and detailed product requirements, including technical specifications.
Strong Communication Skills: You excel in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, critically evaluating inputs, and collaborating with the Engineering team to launch features.
Solution-Focused and Improvement-Driven: You actively seek ways to enhance team processes, product features, and overall product quality.
Agile Proficiency: You're well-versed in Scrum, adept at managing iterative development, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing requirements.
