This experience must be at or above the GS-15 grade level or equivalent. Your resume must reflect experience leading enterprise-wide process improvement, performance management, strategic planning, business process review, data governance, and complex operational support functions; developing and applying performance metrics and KPIs to inform executive decision-making; leading continuous improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or similar frameworks; establishing enterprise data standards and analytics solutions; and coordinating cross-functional operational support functions in a complex organization. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
