SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have or will have within 120 days, at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent at the GS-07 grade level (or higher) or equivalent in other pay systems. Specialized experience is experience which includes serving as the Executive Services Specialist, performing various administrative duties in support of the Group. Maintains cognizance of the effectiveness and status of Group programs and activities by reviewing program status documents; internal metrics and/or productivity reports; management indicators; inspection, staff assistance, and audit reports; and from visual observations and personal contacts with the group staff and operating personnel OR EDUCATION: I have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B or J.D. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work. OR COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: I have less than the full amount of specialized experience required but I have graduate level education with a major or subject area related to the position to be filled. PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
