Specialized Experience for the GS-13, you must have one year (full 52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Experience developing, implementing, and managing program policies and procedures related to energy projects in rural Alaska. - Serving as a senior advisor and representative for agency programs. Specialized Experience for the GS-12, you must have one year (full 52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position is defined as: - Experience independently supporting and managing assigned energy program areas or projects. - Experience coordinating program activities and communicating with internal staff and external partners.
